A woman who quit her corporate human resources (HR) job in Delhi after four and a half years has moved to Goa in search of a new direction in life, documenting the emotional and financial challenges of starting afresh on social media. Arpita Sahu, who holds an MBA degree, has been sharing her experiences on Instagram, opening up about her hopes of finding a sense of purpose, building new connections and creating a life beyond the security of a regular job.
Sahu’s decision to leave her corporate career has also brought uncertainty about her finances, future plans and ability to settle into a new city.
