Delhi: Tattoo, amputated finger help cops nab 2009 murder suspect

NEW DELHI: A tattoo on the right hand and an amputated finger helped police end a 13-year hunt for the prime suspect in a 2009 murder case.

The accused, identified as Sandeep (34), is originally from Haryana and lives in Tikri Khurd area.
