New Delhi: A day after Delhi Police asked the authority concerned to issue a Look Out Circular (LOC), now the Delhi Police has reached out to the US-based Wells Fargo company's legal department to cooperate with investigations against accused S Mishra who has been charged under several IPC sections for urinating on an elderly woman co-passenger during JFK (New York) to Delhi flight on November 26.
