NEW DELHI: Delhi police on Monday filed a charge sheet before a court against 21 persons in connection with an incident in which a 20-year-old woman was allegedly abducted, gang-raped, and paraded by a group of people in east Delhi's Kasturba Nagar in February. The charge sheet consisting of a total of 762 pages named 12 women, four men, and five minors as accused was filed in a court here.
The charge sheet was filed under various sections of the IPC, including criminal conspiracy, gang rape, attempt to murder, dacoity, and kidnapping.
