New Delhi: Delhi Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena has approved the appointment of Justice Poonam A Bamba, a retired judge of the Delhi High Court, as the Chairperson of the Police Complaints Authority (PCA) which deals with the complaints relating to Delhi Police.
