NEW DELHI: Delhi was among the top five regions with the best pass percentage in Class XII, but it was on a lower rung in the Class X performance. The Central Board of Secondary Education declared the results of the board examinations for both the classes on Friday.
Congratulating the city’s students, deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia, said, “It is worth mentioning here that the school closure forced by Covid-19 in the past two years had a serious impact on studies and the emotional wellbeing of children. But despite this, when the schools were reopened on a regular basis earlier this year, the students and teachers worked hard and strove to do their best.”
