New Delhi: Four men have been arrested for allegedly committing cyber fraud through a social media application in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh (UP), police said on Saturday. The accused were identified as Harish Kumar, Vipul Sharma, Shiv Pratap and Om Prakash, alias Monu.
