NEW DELHI: The country’s first eco-park for recycling, refurbishing and dismantling electronic waste in an environmentally sound manner will come up in Narela.
As experts have estimated that the majority of the e-waste is currently recycled by the informal sector in the city, officials said these operators, having a sufficient knowledge base in the collection network, would be involved in the formal sector after giving training to their workers.
