The accident occurred around 11:50 am on February 3 near the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management in Sector 11, Dwarka. According to police, the speeding Scorpio rammed into Sahil’s Yamaha R15 motorcycle, killing him on the spot. The SUV then collided with a parked Swift Dzire, injuring cab driver Ajit Singh.
The vehicle was being driven by 17-year-old Akshatra Singh, who was apprehended at the scene. Police registered a case under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), including Section 281 (rash driving), Section 106(1) (causing death by negligence), and Section 125(a) (act endangering life).
