Delhi Development Authority issues fresh notice to remove all encroachments from its land

New Delhi: The DDA on Thursday issued a warning that unauthorised occupation of its land or encroachment is a violation of the Delhi Development Act, 1957, and will invite demolition action.

In a notice, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) said it has come to its attention that certain persons and entities are unlawfully occupying, encroaching upon, or otherwise making illegal use of land vested in or owned by the Authority.
