Tahawwur Rana: NIA takes into 18-day custody

New Delhi: A Delhi court after a late Thursday night hearing sent 26/11 Mumbai attack accused Tahawwur Rana to the National Investigation Agency's (NIA) custody for 18 days, hours after he was brought here following his extradition from the US, reports Dynamite News Correspondent.

NIA's Special Judge, Chander Jit Singh, after the hearing, pronounced the remand period of the Pakistan-born Canadian national, who was presented before the Special Court after completion of his medical examination.
