NEW DELHI: The North Delhi Municipal Corporation has identified 100 more closed dhalaos, which will be converted to recreation centres and libraries.
The corporation will open recreation centres at dhalaos closed for the policy to make the city free of open garbage. The civic body will also take the help of NGOs for this. Libraries and book banks have come up in some areas under South Delhi Municipal Corporation.
