As everyone watches the electric play of the Colorado Buffaloes, they can’t help but wonder when both of Deion Sanders’ sons will be declaring for the NFL Draft.
Quarterback Shedeur Sanders and safety Shilo Sanders will both be eligible to declare for the 2024 NFL Draft, but Deion Sanders joked with his sons that they’re not going anywhere for the 2024 season but Folsom Field.
As they all took in an NFL game on Sunday, Deion Sanders messed with his kids by saying they’ll be staying put at Colorado next season and not making the leap to the next level of football competition.
While we’re sure Deion Sanders won’t actually hold his kids back from heading to the NFL, we’re also very sure he won’t actively try to push them in that direction as both are playing such great football for Colorado.
Coach Prime said Shilo & Shedeur ain’t going to the NFL next year 😂

It’ll be fascinating to see where Shedeur and Shilo are drafted once they declare, but it feels like a safe bet right now that they’ll both get professional football opportunities once they’re ready for that transition.
Even if Deion Sanders will undoubtedly be sad to see his sons go, them being drafted high by an NFL team would just make the coaches’ success at Colorado look even more impressive.
