Leeds United star Jack Harrison admits he is “surprised” by Liverpool’s recent form.
The Reds take on Leeds in the Premier League clash at Anfield on Saturday night. Jurgen Klopp ’s side go into the game on the back of a 3-0 win over Ajax in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
However, Liverpool’s last league outing saw them lose 1-0 away to newly-promoted Nottingham Forest. It was a third Premier League defeat of the campaign for the Reds, as they lie in eighth place in the table.

Harrison has spoken about the challenge that Liverpool will pose to himself and Leeds this weekend. The former Manchester City forward went on to admit his shock at seeing the Reds lose at the City Ground last week.
“It was definitely a surprise,” Harrison told Leeds’ club website , after seeing Liverpool lose to Forest. “You look at the squad and the team they’ve got, I don’t have to say anything really.
“It’s going to be difficult. I think you can expect a difficult game against them regardless of their previous result and we know we have to give everything.
“We know that we can achieve our goal and hopefully get the three points, that’s something we are striving for. We know it’s achievable. We’re going to be pushing for as many points as we can and just give it everything.”
