China mega-embassy in London: Defence ministers raise concerns amid 'complex' security threats and spy storm

Defence ministers have raised “concerns” about China’s proposed new mega-embassy in London.

Luke Pollard, minister for defence readiness and industry, said the Government was taking more time to make a decision on the planning application for the super-embassy in Tower Hamlets given the “complexities of the national security implications”.
