New Delhi: India's pair of senior off-spin all-rounder Deepti Sharma and young fast bowler Titas Sadhu took a big leap in the ICC Women's T20 Rankings on Tuesday.
Deepti has jumped four places to second place in the T20 bowling rankings and has strengthened her position at fourth place in the all-rounder rankings. With 723 rating points, Deepti has overtaken South Africa's Nonkululeko Mlaba, who has 722 rating points, in the bowling rankings.
Titas Sadhu, on the other hand, is the only player to match Deepti's four-wicket haul in the ongoing T20 series, moving up 50 places to 92nd in the bowling rankings with 358 rating points. For Australia, leg spinner Georgia Wareham jumped 15 places to 28th (571 rating points) after taking three wickets in two matches in Navi Mumbai.
