BBC pundit Garth Crooks says West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice is worth £80million ahead of the summer transfer window.
The West Ham United captain was on the scoresheet during Sunday's 4-0 win over Bournemouth, the victory increasing the gap between themselves and the bottom three to six points.
Rice's performance once again showed why the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea are interested in securing his signature once the window opens in a few weeks.

West Ham manager David Moyes has in the past claimed the England international is worth £100million.
And though ex-Tottenham forward Crooks valued Rice at a slightly lower fee, he feels £80million would be money well spent before saying the pressure is now off Moyes, who had come under scrutiny due to the east London outfit's poor domestic campaign.
"He scored an absolute cracker against Gent in the Europa Conference League in midweek and then hit another belter against Bournemouth days later," Crooks wrote in his BBC column.
"Declan Rice is once again proving to be an instrumental figure in a West Ham revival. I'm not entirely sure where this West Ham performance came from.
"They would have gleaned some confidence from their comeback against Arsenal but they went to the Vitality Stadium and absolutely obliterated the Cherries.
"The win puts the Hammers on 34 points and takes the pressure off David Moyes' team after securing a semi-final place in a European competition. Declan Rice has to be worth £80m of anyone's money."
