Declan Rice has followed up Luke Shaw's social media message with a simple one of his own on Instagram. As the pair prepare to face North Macedonia at Old Trafford on Monday, England's squad have been preparing for the game in an unfamiliar fashion.
With Harry Styles taking priority at Wembley for his tour, the Three Lions have been displaced from their usual home and will instead play at the theatre of dreams. It will be the first time since 2007 that they have played at the ground and has given the chance for Shaw to show off the facilities to his teammates.
After playing together in the 4-0 hammering of Malta on Friday, Rice and Shaw have continued to show off their bromance online. It first started with Shaw dropping a cheeky message, saying: "Carrington tour [eyes emoji]," with images of Rice and Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
It comes with the England skipper linked heavily with a move away from north London this summer. Manchester United are amongst the most likely destinations for Kane with their financial power, need for a striker and Champions League football incentive. However, some reports suggest they have eased their interest with other players taking their eye first instead.
Rice, though, is a different story. He is expected to leave West Ham this summer and despite not making a push to leave publicly has been effectively put up for sale by his chairman already. It has left the door open for Arsenal, who are the favourites to get him.
After a failed opening £80 million ($102m) bid, they are preparing an increased offer. They still face competition for him, however, with the Red Devils posing as long-term admirers of the 24-year-old and Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Manchester City also in the mix.

With a chance to show off the training ground, stadium and facilities to Rice, Shaw started a light-hearted dialogue online. Following the initial message, Rice then posted an image of the pair himself and wrote simply: "My boy [red heart emoji]."
Although it is fair from a signal of his intent to get a transfer this window, it does show how much he is admired a player and character by his peers and with England full of potential new teammates, the Three Lions camp is rife with those that would love to play alongside Rice more consistently.
