Declan Donnelly proved just how sweet he really is as he made time for fans at a local pub yesterday.
The Britain's Got Talent presenter, 46, was all smiles as he stopped for a photograph and spoke to fans whilst making his way into the public house.
Dressed in a navy shirt and beige trousers, Dec appeared to be in good spirits as he briefly chatted away in a video shared on TikTok.
In the 23-second clip, the TV host is seen taking a selfie before walking into the entrance of the pub, with a dismantled pram placed on his shoulder.
Captioning the video, the user wrote: "When you only just come for a pint and Declan Donnelly turns up."
Fans rushed to praise the star in the comments section, with one saying: "Ah bless him, seems so nice and friendly."
Another added: "He seems so sweet."
A third wrote: "I wish I could meet Dec."
While a fourth said: "I won't lie that was really nice of him."
It comes weeks after Dec announced the sad passing of his brother, Father Dermott Donnelly.
Father Dermott, who had an extremely close bond with Declan, passed away age 55 following a serious illness on Friday July 8 after he was rushed to hospital.
Paying tribute to his brother on Twitter, Dec announced: "I am heartbroken to tell you that my darling brother Fr Dermott.
"@TweeterPriest, sadly passed away this afternoon. We are all beyond devastated. Thank you for your messages of sympathy and support, they are appreciated DD."
A spokesperson for Dec also told the Mirror: "It is with great sadness that we confirm the death of Fr Dermott Donnelly who died peacefully this afternoon in hospital surrounded by his family and close friends."
Meanwhile, Dec's TV star pal Anthony McPartlin paid his respects in a separate tweet.
It read: "Fr Dermott you were the kindest, wisest man I knew. Rest in peace my friend. You will never be forgotten.
"My thoughts, prayers and love are with your wonderful family. The world has lost a special man. X A."
Ant later supported Dec at his brother's funeral alongside the star's wife Ali Astall.
During his heartbreaking eulogy at the funeral, Dec read out: "Unfortunately, today our world is a slightly worse place because Dermott is no longer with us.
"He still had so much more he wanted to do. So many more lives he needed to influence to inspire change. I can't believe he's gone. I can't understand why he's gone."
