Decades-long wait for land claim decisions called out

A promise made more than 40 years ago, is still waiting to be fulfilled, as one Aboriginal Land Council is demanding action on unresolved land claims.

The NSW Aboriginal Land Council has lodged its 60,000th land claim since the legislation was enacted in 1983.
