The TV star had long-time pal and co-presenter Ant McPartlin as a neighbour for years before Ant moved from his home in Chiswick to Wimbledon, leaving the property to his ex-wife, reports Liverpool Echo, and now it seems Dec's home has rocketed in price.
Dec, 47, has a luxury seven-bedroom home which is now priced at an estimated £5m - a huge increase from the £1.9m he paid in 2006, according to Hello!
