Dec Donnelly admitted to being left 'humiliated' in an unaired clip from South Africa. The presenter and his sidekick Ant McPartlin are currently back on screens with I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here - but not as we know it.
The new spin-off series, that began on Monday night (April 24), sees some of the most memorable campmates from the popular ITV reality show in the brand new setting of Kruger National Park – one of the largest game reserves in Africa located in Limpopo and Mpumalanga.
With no public vote, the returning campmates - including Coronation Street stars Helen Flanagan and Andy Whyment, Happy Monday's singer Shaun Ryder, and former Countdown favourite Carol Vorderman - will be competing against each other in a battle to become the first ever 'I'm A Celebrity Legend'.

Ant and Dec are still fronting the series but pre-recorded all the action back in September. While they haven't been going live on Instagram like they did back in November after each episode of the usual run of I'm A Celeb Down Under, the pair have been sharing snaps and videos taken during filming.
In the latest, Ant and Dec, both 47, were preparing to head to filming for the first eating trial of the series. The pair went on to face 10 "genitalia-heavy" dishes of varying degrees of repulsiveness with Jordan seen being tasked with eating pigs anus, as well as various other animal genitalia including penis, vagina, vulva and internal organs such as the heart, intestines, and lungs.
And while Janice refused to take part in the horrific eating contests during her first stint in I'm A Celeb in Australia in 2007, the 68-year-old actually managed to complete three courses and took home three stars to camp on top of the stars Jordan also earned by gagging his way through the stomach-churning trial.
"Just about to do the first eating trial of the series," Ant said to the camera. "You dirty beast," Dec replied as Ant appeared to share his joy at the disgusting trial. "I absolutely love it," he confessed. "Don't you?" Ant then asked as Dec made a 'yuk' noise ad he said: "No." Ant then asked: "How do you feel since we've done ours... How would you feel doing an eating trial now?"
While Dec shared that he has a new-found sympathy for the celebs, Ant wasn't as soft as he said: "I'm just a bit like, 'get it down ya'. I'm harder," before a clip of him taking part in an eating trial was playing, showing him wiping his watering eyes and gripping on to the wood table in front of him.
And while Ant was tested in the trial it was Dec that came off worse. "Did I eat penis or did you eat penis?" Ant asked before adding: "You spewed," before the gross moment Dec was sick into a glass was played. And Ant clearly enjoyed it as he got the clip to be included a further two times.
"Yeah alright, don't keep looking at it. It's quite humiliating," Dec confessed. "It's quite embarrassing. Have you ever spewed into a glass on television before?" he then asked direct to the camera. "It's quite embarrassing," he added. But fans were quick to show their support.
@heidijadesargent said: "Awwwww Dec don’t be embarrassed I think majorly of people would spew if the had to do the eating and drinking trial xxx." @csthompson_photos added: "I could spew just thinking about it."
