Dec Donnelly has been snapped at a popular Tynemouth restaurant as he enjoyed some time at home after Saturday Night Takeaway was cancelled for a week.
Many viewers hit out at ITV for pulling Ant and Dec 's much loved show from schedules to make way for live coverage of England v France in the Six Nations rugby.
The channel's decision to prioritise sport saw the rugby take over the screen for over three hours, with talent show Starstruck also scrapped for a week.

Reminding fans that they wouldn't be on the telly, Ant and Dec tweeted that they would actually be watching the rugby, as those viewers who'd missed the memo about Takeaway being shelved flooded Twitter with their complaints.
But host Dec was in a much more positive mood as he posed for a picture at The View in Tynemouth, with the photo of him and staff member then shared on social media.
The caption above the smiling snap read: "Everyone loves the view. Even our Dec. After a Saturday night takeaway, it’s Sunday brekkie at the view."
One customer who was the Longsands haunt at the same time as Dec commented: "We saw him and we were served by that lovely young man. It was nice that Dec was able to enjoy a nice breakfast with his family and not be bothered. (I wanted to bother him though."
Another, who didn't spot Decat The View while they were there, responded: "Didn’t see Dec but was served by this young man who was really polite, a credit to your team."
While Saturday Night Takeaway wasn't on at the weekend, Channel 5 made a very tactical move to boost its own ratings on Saturday by s howing an Ant and Dec 'best of' show at the same time Takeaway would have been on.
The two hour special counted down 30 of the lads' greatest moments, with the list being topped by Let's Get Ready to Rhumble topping the charts in 2013, almost 20 years after its original release.
