A 22-year-old man is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty to possessing cocaine with intent to supply.
He was charged after a quantity of cocaine was reportedly found at a house in Ilkeston.
Grady Mabika-Blessing, of Westleigh Road, Strelley, was arrested after police attended an address in Blackburn Place, Ilkeston, on January 17.
Officers said they recovered a quantity of cocaine and found and arrested a man.
Makiba-Blessing appeared via video video link before Nottingham Crown Court on Wednesday, February 16, and pleaded guilty.
Only brief details were heard about the offence, which involved the defendant having a debt and agreeing to deliver a package of drugs by taxi.
His case was adjourned for sentencing, when the full facts of the case will be heard, on March 16.
