Deborah James has shared some heartbreaking five-year comparison photos as she attended the opera with her husband, Sebastian.

The 40-year-old campaigner, also known as Bowel Babe, was dressed up to watch La Boheme at Glyndebourne in Sussex.

The mum-of-two looked beautiful wearing a silver dress and matching shawl, but then she showed a pic of herself at the event five years ago.
