Dame Deborah James has shared an emotional message with Lorraine Kelly as she gave her an update on her health.

The cancer campaigner, 40, addressed Lorraine and the rest of the team after they took part in Race For Life last night.

Giving an update on her health, she revealed that she was "continuing to feel blessed that she had another day" and that she had already outlived the life expectancy diagnosis she had received from the hospital.
