Deborah James said she’s “living in limbo” and is uncertain what the future holds after she overcame doctor’s predictions about her life expectancy.

The 40-year-old cancer awareness campaigner, who had been battling bowel cancer for over five years, announced in May that she had moved to pallitive care.
