Dame Deborah James made her final television appearance as she discussed the heartbreaking moment she received her cancer diagnosis.

The mother-of-two never thought she would live to see Embarrassing Bodies air on E4, after she was given just days to live last month.

The 40-year-old cancer campaigner is currently receiving end of life care at her parents, but has defied all expectations as she makes the most out of her final days.
