Dame Deborah James has been celebrating another incredible achievement, as she continues to raise vital funds for Cancer Research.
The inspiring podcast host, 40, said she was "honestly so overwhelmed" as she announced to her Instagram followers that sales from her fashion line with In The Style had raised £1 million in funds for her Bowel Babe Fund and Cancer Research.
Deborah posed for a snap with In The Style founder Adam Frisby, his partner, and a huge cheque displaying the incredible sum of money in her parent's home on Saturday, where she is currently receiving end of life care following her stage four bowel cancer diagnosis back in 2016.
The mum-of-two's collaboration with the fashion brand features a Rebellious Hope’ t-shirt - a mantra the campaigning star says has got her through "the last few years and it’s what is keeping me going now".
"WOW!! ONE MILLION POUNDS," Deborah began when sharing the incredible news to her 967,000 Instagram followers.
"I am honestly so overwhelmed we, through @inthestyle raised over £1,000,000 for @bowelbabefund for @cr_uk! All from sales of the ITS x Dame Deborah James collection and ‘Rebellious Hope’ T-shirts that I designed with @inthestyle. (One million, that’s just crazy)."
She continued: "I got a lovely little visit yesterday from the @inthestyle founder @fr15by and his partner @thejamiecorbett who brought this lovely cheque and we have had a little toast to celebrate it.
"I just can’t believe it! What’s funny is when @inthestyle released the first t-shirt we both said how incredible £50k raised would be so for me to still be here and see it’s over £1mil is just so incredible!"
Deborah candidly concluded, writing: "‘Rebellious Hope’ is what has got me through the last few years and it’s what is keeping me going now! Seeing all your messages, tags and support has just been the best and I am so grateful that we have been able to do this together! Thank you all."
Deborah - who was a guest of honour at Ascot Races earlier this week - was initially diagnosed with stage four bowel cancer back in December 2016, at 35 years old.
After choosing to share her experiences online, the 40-year-old became known as the 'Bowel Babe', and went on to become one of three presenters on BBC Radio 5 Live's You, Me and the Big C.
Since sharing the sad news in May that "the time has come to say goodbye" - revealing she was under hospice at home care after fives years of battling cancer- Deborah has gone on to raise millions for cancer research charities.
Within 24 hours of posting her Bowel Babe Fund JustGiving page online, her fundraiser hit £1million in donations - with the figure steadily rising and now on £6,724,654.
Deborah's collaboration with In The Style isn't her only fundraising venture in addition to her JustGiving page.
Last month the BBC star revealed that The Harkness Rose Company will be selling a flower named the Dame Deborah James Rose - with £2.50 from each sale going towards her Bowel Babe fund.
After announcing the news online, the presenter shared her hope that the rose named after her will feature in her daughter's wedding bouquet one day in the future.
"It makes me sad but it fills me with so much joy that this rose can now be bred for years and years to come," the star told The Sun when discussing the floral honour.
"Maybe one day Eloise will choose to have it in her wedding bouquet."
