Deborah James has written a heartbreaking message on social media ahead of Father's Day on Sunday.
Deborah, also known as Bowel Babe online, urged others to tell their dads that they love them while they can and opened up about her 14-year-old son Hugo.
She wrote: “I’ve not always been a big one for telling Dad how much I love him, so take it from me, just say it. You never know when it might be your last chance.”
