The Russian Investigative Committee has reported that the death toll from the recent attack on the Crocus City complex has tragically risen to 93. The committee stated that the causes of death were primarily gunshot wounds and poisoning by combustion products.
Initial investigations revealed that the terrorists utilized automatic weapons during the attack, with ammunition being discovered and seized by investigators. Ballistic, genetic, and fingerprint examinations are currently underway based on this material evidence.
Furthermore, it was determined that the terrorists used a flammable liquid to set fire to the concert hall within the complex, exacerbating the devastation caused by the attack.
As of the latest update, there are still 115 injured individuals, including five children, receiving treatment in hospitals located in Moscow and Moscow Oblast. The Investigative Committee continues to inspect the concert hall, while emergency services are diligently working to clear the rubble from the site.
