The panel set to discuss the year ahead for Scottish deal-making has been completed with the addition of Maggie McGinlay, chief executive of the Energy Transition Zone (ETZ).
Taking place on 24 January at the Ardoe House Hotel just outside Aberdeen, the breakfast event will feature a keynote speech from Scottish National Investment Bank chair Willie Watt, before a panel of experts discusses key trends and takes questions.
The final member of this group leads the implementation of the energy transition cluster next to Aberdeen South Harbour. McGinlay is an expert in the energy sector and economic development, something confirmed by her membership of the Scottish Government’s Advisory Council for Economic Transformation.
Prior to joining ETZ, she was deputy chief executive at Opportunity North East (ONE), and prior to that focused on the energy sector for Scottish Enterprise.
McGinlay joins Frank Fowlie, a corporate partner in the Aberdeen office of event sponsor CMS, and Adam Maitland, director at financial services advisor Hutcheon Mearns.
Hosting the event and leading the discussion is experienced journalist and broadcaster Rona Dougall.
The event runs from 7.30 to 10am - for more information and to secure your place in the audience, click here.
