Deal stuck to lease out another unit at Broadmarsh Bus Station and Car Park

A deal has been struck to let out another unit at the new Broadmarsh Bus Station and Car Park.

Number 11 Carrington Street has been leased by Nottingham City Council, a report compiled by the authority has confirmed.

The new Broadmarsh Bus Station and Car Park contains five retail units fronting Carrington Street and two internal retail spaces which have been marketed by property consultants FHP.
