Russia is in shock following a devastating terror attack at the Crocus City complex on the outskirts of Moscow. The incident, which took place at a popular concert venue, has left at least 133 people dead and 121 others injured, with 44 in serious condition, including two children.
Authorities have detained four suspects believed to be involved in the attack near the border with Ukraine. Despite ISIS claiming responsibility for the assault, Ukraine has denied any connection to the incident.
