An investigation has been launched after a dead body was abandoned in a hospital room for days.
The dead body of a hospital patient lay in a side room, forgotten about, for four days, at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital, in Grimsby.
It was then finally taken away to the hospital’s mortuary, Grimsby Live reported .
