It was not disclosed what led Garrett to miss practices only that it was a personal situation.
Given Cleveland’s plan to sit a majority of their starters for this week’s preseason game, it is unlikely Garrett will play. Thankfully, Week 1 against the Panthers is still over three weeks away for the team to get fully healthy and prepared.
