There’s a very egregious update in the ongoing custody battle between streamer DDG and actress-singer Halle Bailey. In new court filings, DDG’s legal team has filed an emergency motion to prevent Bailey from flying out of the country with their son.
DDG, real name Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., submitted an urgent filing to try and block Bailey’s travel plans according to TMZ. Halle is allegedly planning to take their son, Halo, out of the country to Italy. The core argument is that Halle poses an “imminent emotional and psychological risk” to their son. DDG has cited instances during her pregnancy where she allegedly took his gun, and also that she had threatened at least once to have an abortion.
