DC Young Fly has shared an emotional message as he spoke publicly for the first time since the death of Ms Jacky Oh.
The reality TV star, who is the mother of three of her Wild N Out co-star's three kids, sadly died at the age of 32 on June 1.
And now the 31-year-old has spoke about the sad loss of the mum of Nova, 6, Nala, 2, and Prince'Nehemiah, 10 month.
He said in a brief statement to People: "We thank everyone for their well wishes and ask for privacy during this difficult time."
It comes after fans and friends had posted emotional messages online following the news.
The death of Jacky Oh - whose real name was Jacklyn Smith - was announced in a statement by BET Media Group, which was shared on the MTV show's social media accounts.
It read: "We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented Wild N' Out family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed.
"Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the Wild N' Out cast throughout five seasons. More importantly, she was a tremendous mother to three beautiful children.
"The BET Media Group extends our sincere condolences to the Smith family, DC Young Fly, B Simone, Nick Cannon, and all friends who loved and cared for Jacky Oh during this difficult time."
Her cause of death has not been confirmed. It came after she had planned a "mommy makeover" surgery.
The former Wild N Out girl posed in a hospital gown with Dr Zachary Okhah days before her death as she boasted about her plans to go under the knife following the birth of her son Prince who was born last year.
"Getting ready for my mommy makeover with Dr Zach!! Stay tuned to my YouTube for the full reveal!” she wrote in her Instagram caption.
A mommy makeover typically includes any combination of a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, liposuction, and vaginal rejuvenation surgery. Traditionally, it entails a tummy tuck and breast augmentation.
