DBS Bank India has announced extending a Rs 520-crore credit to realty player K Raheja Corp for developing a commercial tower in Pune.

The local arm of the Singaporean lender said the finance facility will support the development of approximately 1.1 million sqft of office space in Balewadi, according to a statement.
