Britain's Got Talent viewers were delighted to see David Walliams press the esteemed golden buzzer for dance group Born to Perform on Saturday night.
The latest episode of the ITV hit saw the troop perform a riveting routine to the song 'You can't stop the beat' from the musical Hairspray.
The judges were moved by the "joyous" act. Amanda Holden called it "amazing", while Alesha Dixon described it as a performance with "so much passion".
Simon Cowell joked: "I didn't like it.... I loved it."
It was obvious the whole group enjoyed themselves and brought so much energy to the stage.
Walliams said: "I absolutely loved it guys, in fact, I loved it so much that I'm gonna do this..."
He immediately hit the golden buzzer, sending the youngsters through to the next round of live shows.
The audience clearly felt the same, as they offered a standing ovation, with members visibly moved to tears.
Viewers at home were also left feeling emotional, taking to twitter to send their congratulation
One tweet said: "Great choice of golden buzzer! Had tears of joy watching their faces enjoying themselves. Disability doesn't need NO ability. Follow your dreams Born to Perform!"
Another said: "So pleased that you used the Golden Buzzer on behalf of the British public David! We all want them to win!!"
