Crusaders Reserves boss David Rainey believes Josh Robinson is closing in on a return to first-team action after recovering from a serious face injury.
Robinson required surgery following a serious head clash playing against Linfield back in September.
The 29-year-old was knocked unconscious after smashing his cheekbone and required lengthy treatment on the pitch before being transferred to hospital.

Robinson featured for Crusaders Reserves in Monday night's impressive 3-0 win over Linfield Swifts, a result that saw the Shore Road side extend its lead at the top of the Under 20 Development League table.
It is a timely boost for senior manager Stephen Baxter who has a number of experienced personnel currently sidelined through injury.
Reserves manager Rainey said: "Josh has been working hard in gym since his serious injury, and has been busting to get back playing.
"I’m delighted for him to be back, and working now to get his match fitness up so he can push to get playing again with the first team again.
"I’m sure the gaffer will be delighted also, as they’re having a lot of injuries of late, and leaving him short of options."
Rainey also believes Aidan Steele is starting to find his feet at Seaview after taking a few months to adapt to the Irish League since moving home from England.
"Aidan is a great lad, with a great attitude towards football. He’s always asking for feedback on his performances, and wanting to improve any areas needed," Rainey added.
"The style of football he’s used to playing in England might slightly differ from the Irish League, and Aidan just needs to adapt to it. I have noticed a vast improvement from his first match until now.
"If he keeps progressing I’m sure it’ll not be long until he’s knocking on the door for a start in the first team."
