During the ongoing questioning of David Pecker, Joshua Steinglass revisited the topic of Karen McDougal. Pecker disclosed details of a conversation he had with former National Enquirer editor in chief, Dylan Howard, following Howard's interview with McDougal.
According to Pecker, Howard expressed his belief that McDougal's story could be true or was indeed true, despite lacking corroborating evidence. Howard shared with Pecker that McDougal had alleged a yearlong sexual relationship with Donald Trump but was unable to provide any supporting evidence. Nevertheless, Howard conveyed his conviction that the story was credible.
