During a conversation with investigators, Pecker disclosed that Trump would provide him with stories and information related to 'Celebrity Apprentice,' while Pecker, in turn, would tip off Trump about negative stories and print positive stories about him in the National Enquirer.
Pecker confirmed that this relationship with Trump was not an isolated incident, stating that he had similar arrangements with other individuals as well. He admitted to promoting these individuals in the National Enquirer and giving them advance notice of any negative stories that were set to be published.
