David Moyes provides West Ham updates on Ben Johnson and Gianluca Scamacca ahead of Chelsea

Ben Johnson David Moyes West Ham Aaron Cresswell Gianluca Scamacca Hammers West Ham United Lucas Paqueta Spurs Chelsea

West Ham United manager David Moyes has confirmed defender Ben Johnson will miss the trip to Chelsea on Saturday.

Johnson missed Wednesday night’s 1-1 draw with Tottenham Hotspur at the London Stadium through a hamstring injury after being forced off against Aston Villa last weekend.

Hammers boss Moyes has confirmed that Johnson will miss the club’s second London derby in less than 72 hours. He has said that striker Gianluca Scamacca (virus) and left-back Aaron Cresswell (groin) are doubts for the game, with Scamacca missing most of training this week and Cresswell being taken off for the final 20 minutes against Spurs on Wednesday.
