Former Queens Park Rangers performance analyst Bartosz Andryszak has announced he has moved across London to join West Ham United’s coaching staff.
Andryszak joins after more than a decade at Loftus Road. He first joined QPR in December 2012 as a scout before becoming a performance analyst in July 2015, a role which he occupied until his recent exit from the Championship side.
Andryszak has also worked as a scout for the Polish Football Association for the last nine years, according to his LinkedIn page and it bolsters the Hammers’ backroom staff ahead of the summer transfer window.

Writing on LinkedIn, Andryszak posted: “Looks like I’ll be working in the Premier League. It still sounds abstract, but more real every day.
“I worked hard for it, it costed me a lot of dedication, but let me tell you that with a talent for work, good people around and devoted friends, who, despite 10 years of emigration, still support you, you can achieve a lot. Good times are coming, I’m sure of it.”
Someone who will know Andryszak well is West Ham first-team coach Mark Warburton. Prior to joining West Ham last summer, he spent three years as QPR’s manager between May 2019 and May 2022.
According to Andryszak’s LinkedIn profile, he is a UEFA A licensed coach, who prior to moving to England briefly volunteered as a performance analyst at Polish outfit Lech Poznan in 2010. While he was there, Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski was playing for the club.
Earlier this month, Andryszak posted on Twitter he was leaving QPR and thanked for the Super Hoops for his support there during his decade at the club.
“I must say it was 10 extremely productive years!” said the Polish analyst and coach. “8 years in analysis, 5 years in Academy, 250 games in Championship, 1 Huge Chance in 2012”
“We won, we drew, we lost, but we have always learnt. Thank you @QPR for trust and all lessons. I will not forget it.”
