West Ham United manager David Moyes believes his side will have enough resilience to get through the second leg of their Europa Conference League semi-final against Dutch side AZ Alkmaar next Thursday.
The Hammers go into next week’s second leg in Alkmaar with a 2-1 advantage after coming from behind at the London Stadium, with Said Benrahma's second half penalty cancelling out Tijjani Reijnders’ first half strike, before Michail Antonio’s 14th goal of the season sealed a 12th win in Europe for Moyes’ men this term.
However, Moyes does not believe West Ham have done enough yet to be sure of a place in next month’s Europa Conference League final against either Basel or Fiorentina in Prague.

Going into the second leg, Moyes feels West Ham have shown in wins over Manchester United and Alkmaar this week that they have enough resilience to seal a second leg win, but that there is still a job for his side to do.
"I hugely believe we’ve got a big resilience here," said Moyes. "I think we have it through the club, I think we have it through the team and we’ll need it.
"We’ve needed it in the big games in the Premier League. We’re just off a big win against Manchester United.
"Tonight, we’ve won 2-1 in a semi-final of a first leg, so you’d have to say that’s okay. When it’s a cup competition, it doesn’t matter how you do it really and the job is to get it done. We’ve not got it done yet, far from it, we’ve got a big job to do next week."
