David Beckham may be one of the most famous men on the planet but he's determined to prove he's still down to earth.
Despite amassing a reported £400m fortune, the former England captain showed one of his favourite meals is fried eggs, chips and beans.
But while some fans praised his "perfectly acceptable dinner" others spotted something in the picture they couldn't agree with.
The 47-year-old, who grew up in London's East End, shared a snap on his Instagram with the caption: "Last night's feast one of my favourites growing up ♥ Thanks mum.
"Gammon, chips, fried egg, tinned pineapple, peas & baked beans, coleslaw."
One fan wrote: "Pineapple does not belong on a main meal."
And another said: "Coleslaw and mushy peas? Has everyone gone berserk?"
But one fan wrote: "Perfectly acceptable dinner. Egg goes well with gammon, coleslaw with pineapple, chips with peas."
David's taste in food couldn’t be more different to his famous other half.
Victoria - who was dubbed Posh during her time in the Spice Girls - sticks to eating grilled fish and steamed vegetables in order to maintain her trim figure.
While ex-footballer David also likes to keep fit, his favourite food is a bit more relatable to your average Brit.
Despite eating in some of the fanciest restaurants in the world, he says you can’t beat a packet of crisps and a baked bean toastie.
Speaking earlier this year to the River Cafe Table 4 podcast, David was asked to name his comfort foods.
“After talking about all of this great food and all of these great restaurants I go to, my comfort food is a packet of salt and vinegar Discos,” he said.
“And maybe a toastie made in the Brevile toaster with baked beans.”
Explaining how he makes this comfort dish, David continued: “I put the bread in – Hovis.
“A little bit of butter on the outside so it doesn’t stick. I put the baked beans in, toast it for four or five minutes, and open it up. No cheese.
“That and a packet of Discos. I'm more of a crisp man than a chocolate.”
