David Beckham left fans in stitches after he cheekily mocked wife Victoria on Instagram while she promoted her fashion line.
Victoria, 48, took to social media to announce one of her VB handbags was back in stock as she posed in front of a mirror showcasing the stunning design. The former Spice Girls singer could be seen talking to fans in front of the mirror, as she told followers: “My favourite Chain Pouch is back in stock.”
However, Victoria's promotion didn't go quite to plan as David, 47, could be heard excitedly shouting in the background: "Yes!" Unable to control her laughter, Victoria told fans: "He’s always taking the Mickey out of me.”
In the caption, Victoria wrote: “CHAIN POUCH BACK IN STOCK! My favourite Chain Pouch is now available in a beautiful white shade, perfect for spring! (@DavidBeckham approves) I’m loving styling mine with my new season Tailored Jacket Dress.. coming soon!! xx VB”
Fans took to the comments to laugh at David's cheeky joke about Victoria. One said: "You guys are so funny," while someone else added: "You both are too cute."
"Couple goals!," a third added.
This comes after Victoria's fashion brand finally turned a profit after it was reported last year that the company was in the red to the tune of £53.9m with £29m owed to the Beckham's other ventures.
In an interview to celebrate the news, her brand's investor, David Belhassen, has shone a rare spotlight on brand VB. He says that revenues are up by a huge 42 per cent to £58 million — and predicts that will show when the business files accounts for the 2022 financial year this coming December.
The business was reported to have lost almost £9 million in 2020, and almost £6 million in 2021, but Belhassen is anticipating double-digit growth this year.
