The woman who was embroiled in a texting saga with former Australian Test cricket captain Tim Paine will face a court hearing on stealing charges in February.
Renee Ferguson is accused of stealing thousands of dollars and memberships from former employer Cricket Tasmania, where she worked as a receptionist from 2015-17.
She appeared in Hobart Magistrates Court on Wednesday via video link from interstate.
Magistrate Michael Daly listed the matter, which has been plagued by delays, for hearing on February 16-17 and ordered Ferguson to attend.
Cricket Victoria chief executive Nick Cummins, who was Cricket Tasmania boss from 2017-19, is expected to give evidence via video.
The court was told a former Cricket Tasmania accountant who undertook the "lion's share" of investigations after noticing alleged discrepancies in the organisation's books will also give evidence.
Ferguson has previously pleaded not guilty to 63 counts of stealing and two counts of dishonestly acquiring a financial advantage.
She allegedly stole cash, Cricket Tasmania junior and platinum memberships and a Hobart Hurricanes family membership.
Her lawyer Todd Kovacic told the court he had raised issues with the admissibility of several documents.
Ferguson is seeking financial compensation in the Federal Court in a separate matter, claiming she was sexually harassed by Paine and Cricket Tasmania staff.
Paine stepped down as Test captain and took a break from the sport in November 2021 in the lead-up to the Ashes series against England after explicit messages he sent to Ferguson years earlier became public.
