Dark Star Pictures, a prolific film distribution company, has recently acquired the North American rights to 'Zenithal,' a highly anticipated kung fu comedy directed by the talented Jean-Baptiste Saurel. Saurel, known for his previous work 'The Dickslap,' which premiered at Cannes' Critics Week, has created quite a buzz in the industry. The film is set to be represented in international markets by Best Friend Forever, who will unveil an exclusive promo reel at the EFM.
Currently in its post-production phase, 'Zenithal' is generating excitement as it gears up for its world premiere this year. Michael Repsch, the president of Dark Star Pictures, expressed his enthusiasm for the film, stating, ''Zenithal' is unique in its genre and content, and marketing possibilities are infinite.' Repsch also elaborated on the film's potential to appeal to diverse audiences, including genre lovers, the younger Gen Z and X demographics, and even couples or individuals with an affinity for positive and open discussions around sexuality.
